Privacy

• Your token's details: the token image, its song and settings, name, ticker, description and any X or Telegram link.
• Your wallet's public address, which is needed to build the transaction. Note never sees your private keys or recovery phrase.

All of this becomes public. The token image and details are uploaded to IPFS through pump.fun, and the token and your address are recorded on the Solana blockchain. They can't be changed or deleted afterwards, by you or by Note. A simulated launch also uploads the token image and details to IPFS.

Note keeps a list of tokens launched through it so it can show them on Explore and the home page. For each one it stores the mint address, name, ticker, description, token image link, song, the address that launched it, the launch transaction and when it launched. All of it is already public on the blockchain or IPFS.

For the charts, when you play a token's song for 10 seconds Note records which token, the hour (UTC), a random id your browser keeps, whether you came through a share link, and, if you signed in for the charts, your wallet's public address and its listening weight (worked out from its public SOL and $NOTE balances). Nothing else about you is recorded.

Note uses your browser's local storage, not tracking cookies, to remember:

• your volume setting
• your light or dark theme choice
• which wallet you last connected, so it can reconnect
• a random id for the charts, so a listen counts once an hour

If you sign in for the charts, Note sets one cookie that holds your wallet address and its listening weight until midnight UTC. It's needed for your listens to count, and it isn't used for anything else.

These stay on your device. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.

Note doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers.

Using Note sends information to these services, each under its own privacy policy:

• pump.fun: the token image and details (for the IPFS upload), and token addresses (to show market data).
• PumpPortal: your wallet address, the token's address, name, ticker and metadata link, and your dev buy (to build the transaction).
• Solana network providers (RPC): the transactions your wallet sends, and requests for token information.
• IPFS gateways: requests for token images and metadata, made by Note's servers.
• Note's hosting and database providers: like most websites, they may record technical details such as IP addresses and browser type in server logs, to run and protect the service.
• Your wallet: handles your keys and approvals under its own policy.
